LA Derby Dolls: LA Ri-Ettes vs. Missle Mountain Roller Derby (All-Star Teams Battle)

After defeating San Diego's Wildfires in January, the L.A. Ri-Ettes are looking unstoppable and determined to show spectators and roller derby fans that LA will remain top dog on the banked track in the 2012 season. On February 11th some of the strongest Inter-League skaters, forming Team Bionic from Missile Mountain Roller Derby from Colorado Springs, will head to the Doll Factory to give our All Stars a run for their money.

The story of Anne Boleyn provides us with a real life tragedy that outdoes many a fictional plot. The opera opens with Anna as the unhappy, ignored wife of Henry VIII. She knows how important it is to give Henry a male heir as soon as possible; but in the three years they have been married, she has had only one daughter (the future Elizabeth I) and several miscarriages. Soon she learns the king has transferred his affection to one of her ladies-in-waiting, Jane Seymour.
