A biting commentary on class conflict in the modern workforce. THE IDEA MAN presented by the Elephant Theatre Company takes us into that great gaping gulf between labor and management. In leaps Al, a sharp but underachieving line worker, who drops a suggestion in "the box" on how to improve the machine he's tied to, which is so brilliant it could revolutionize the industry. His prize: a one hundred dollar check and a plaque. The corporate bosses see it as a win-win windfall.
