WEDNESDAY MAY 27, 2009

ACE Theatre in conjunction with Misfit Toys Productions is pleased to present two one acts, The Dirty Talk & Pillow Talk by Michael Puzzo & Peter Tolan. In THE DIRTY TALK, Lino and Mitch, an outrageously mismatched pair of strangers, find themselves stranded in a hunting cabin during a ferocious storm. During their tumultuous day together, the two explore what defines being a man, the value of emotional intimacy, the lies we tell each other and most devastatingly the lies we tell ourselves. In PILLOW TALK, two men, Aaron and Doug, are forced to share a bedroom and a bed in the mobile home of Aaron's grandmother. Hampered by Doug's phobic fear of physical intimacy, the characters are forced to examine their feelings about friendship and each other.

Also on offer, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged). All 37 Plays in 97 Minutes! An irreverent, fast-paced romp through the Bard's plays, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) was London's longest-running comedy - 10 years at the Criterion Theatre. Praised by the Los Angeles Times as "wildly funny!"
