What is the service/convenience fee?
Tickets purchased on StubDog.com are subject to a per ticket service charge.
This fee includes applicable transaction charges as well as a small profit.
I am unable to buy the amount of tickets for my entire group
because there are not enough available in StubDog?
Venues only list a certain number of tickets on our site for each show.
You can still buy the remaining tickets from our site and then contact
the venue directly for additional tickets.
What is your return policy?
All sales on StubDog.com are considered final. However, if an event has
been cancelled please contact the venue directly, as well as email us
@ customerservice by clicking
here and we will work closely with you to rectify the situation either
by offering tickets on a different date or by offering you a refund. WE
ARE COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Refunds & Exchanges:
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event selection. We are
unable to cancel or refund tickets once they have been purchased. However,
if you attend an event and discover that it is different than what was
advertised on our site, we will offer a refund or a credit for another
event. Customer service is our #1 priority and we will do everything we
can to ensure your satisfaction.
