Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Service Fee?
Our service fee includes all applicable transaction charges and a modest charge by us to help us stay in business. The service fee is added onto the amount of the ticket so that you see all charges before you make a purchase.

Where do I get my tickets?
Once you purchase your tickets from StubDog, you have the opportunity to print the confirmation page for your records. We also email you an ticket confirmation. You must print and take your ticket confirmation with you to the venue with a valid id. At that time, you give the venue a copy so you can redeem your tickets.

Do you mail tickets to me?
No.  You will always pick up your tickets at the venue. This way you never have to worry if the tickets will get to you in time!

Where are my seats?
Since all venues provide tickets we are unable to tell you exactly where your seats are located. However, most venues will provide us with a particular location (i.e. General Admission, Balcony, Mezzanine). As these seats are normally sold as full price tickets, they are not considered undesirable and will not have an obstructed view.

Who should I contact with questions?
Please contact us with any questions you might have. Because we sell tickets right up to the event, we generally do not send a will call list until just before the event so the venue will not have information regarding your tickets until they receive the list. Please see our Contact page.

What happens if the event is cancelled/postponed?
Cancellation policy's are venue specific and vary. In the event of a cancellation or postponed event, you should contact the venue for more information.  If for any reason you are having trouble, please contact StubDog directly @ customerservice by clicking here. We will be more than happy to work with you to ensure satisfaction.

How does StubDog work?
We secure tickets from the event and offer them at a discount cost to you. Once you purchase your tickets, you will be sent an email ticket confirmation which you should print and take with you to the event. On the day of the event we generate a will call list and send it to the venue. When you arrive at the event, you provide your email ticket confirmation and photo ID at will call to pick up your tickets.

What if the event is sold out?
If you have purchased tickets from Stubdog your seats are guaranteed!

What is Will Call?
“Will Call” is a designated area at venues where you are able to pick up tickets that are normally located at/near the Box Office.

Will my party be sat together?
Yes. Of course there are exceptions to every rule. If you have a large party and have any concerns about this, feel free to contact us so that we may work with the venue to accommodate you. However, when we negotiate tickets we ask that all parties are sat together.

Can I exchange my tickets for another night?
No.  StubDog Events is unable to exchange tickets for an event.
