To honor the little engines that can, PETCO is holding the 5th Annual Chihuahua Races National Finals in New York City, so if you think your pooch can best Cricket, the Regional Champ since 2005, be sure to register (online or at 8 a.m. on race day) for a spot in the Dallas Regional Races this Saturday. The Regional winner (along with its owner and a guest) will be flown to NYC to compete in the National Finals August 29.
