StubDog Inc. was created in Houston to promote local events with one goal in mind. Give people the opportunity to try something new and entice them to explore events locally for a fraction of the normal cost. StubDog now offers event tickets in Houston, Dallas-Ft Worth, Los Angeles and New York CIty with more cities to come in the near future.
StubDog was created by friends who wanted to find the answer to that age-old question “What do you want to do tonight?” We got tired of doing the same old thing over and over and wanted one destination where people could discover all the exciting, great events going on throughout the city. We never found that place...so we created our own.
We have found a way to leverage a percentage of seats that might remain empty for a particular event and offer them to the consumer at a promotional price. Great Deals on Great Events! Why leave these seats unsold when you have the opportunity to offer them to new potential consumers and increase your audience? Potential consumers that, might possibly, have never experienced such an event.
Airlines have been doing it for years by offering last minute specials at promotional prices to fill planes and increase revenue. We created a site specifically for all things live entertainment not only in the goal of increasing revenue for venues, but also in promoting the arts.
We are actors, dancers, designers, artists, friends, husbands, fathers and more. People. People with a passion for what we are doing and wanting to create an online environment that is much more than just another website selling another product. We are aggressively working to promote new shows and ideas and build lasting relationships with venues and organizations.
We are continually looking for new and innovative ways to give back to the arts and to the community alike. We are currently looking for ways to partner with school districts, companies, organizations, charities and institutions to foster relationships that will be far reaching and assist young people in following their dreams and finding their passion within the arts.
